6. Scope of Workshop
Please note that completion of this 2-day workshop does not qualify you to work as a professional Canine Massage Therapist.
7. Guidelines for Attendees
You are responsible for bringing your dog on Day 2 of the workshop.
It is your responsibility to ensure both you and your dog are fit and able to participate safely. Your dog should not have any medical condition that might be worsened by massage or pose a risk to other attendees.
If your dog has any behavioural issues (e.g. reactivity, sensitivity to touch), please let us know in advance.
You may be asked to work on the floor or at a table depending on your dog's size. Please let us know if this could be difficult for you, so we can assist.
Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate spectators or additional guests.
Morning Tea is provided. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance.
8. Safety
Coastal Canines reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the workshop if their dog becomes unmanageable, aggressive, or disruptive – or if the handler behaves inappropriately.
Dogs must be on a lead or harness and under control at all times.
You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour throughout the day.
You agree to inform us of any relevant behavioural or medical information about your dog before the workshop.
Participation is at your own risk.
